Delivery
We build, you validate at every key milestone.
The engagement begins. You get real-time access to our shared workspace (Notion, Drive or Slack — your choice). Each intermediate deliverable is validated with you before moving on. No surprises at the end.

Handover
Documentation, training — you walk away autonomous.
The engagement ends when your team can operate without us. Complete documentation tested by your teams, hands-on training sessions, transfer of all access. Post-engagement support (30 to 60 days) is included to clear any last blockers.
